Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. To provide flexibility to our guests, we offer the following cancellation policy.

Most tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time may not be refundable.

Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point on time will be considered no-shows and will not receive a refund.

If we need to cancel a tour due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
